Hey folks.

I have been keeping a very low profile recently. In a nutshell July has easily been the worst month of my life. My amazing mum went into hospital for a routine procedure .... only to be told that she had extensive and terminal cancer.

This shocked my family and I to its core. Mum being mum refused to lay down to it and fought it for a further weeks before it overwhelmed her and the final irony is she passed away on 69th birthday.

The last conversation we had surrounded my band and music. Where she told me NEVER to give up on playing and recording.

On closing I simply say this. Don't let the sun go down on a disagreement. Life is precious and at times cruelly short.
