Today, I'm registering at a new Community College. I haven't taken a single college class in 2 years (finished with Winter quarter when I left). I promised my mom I'd get back into school this Spring quarter. My old college is in the opposite direction of where I spend a huge chunk of my days now, it's just out of the way and pointless to go there. I've found a college closer to work and climbing that I hear is pretty good. I thought I had settled on a plan for school yesterday but then in talking to my mom last night, I no longer know what I'll do. I know the direction I'm going, just not how long it'll take... whether I just do the prerequisites required for midwifery, or if I'll get a 4 year degree before going for midwifery. I'll figure it out. For now, I'm just going to start with a nutrition class and figure it out from there.

I'm heading down to Portland on Saturday through Monday to visit a friend, and her friends with whom I have subsequently made friends with as well. Turns out my sister will also be in Portland, but until Sunday. I'm excited to get out of here for a few days and hang out with some awesome people
