I decided it takes more muscles to frown than be happy and returning to a natural state of wackiness and sillyness is the way forward.
A few things that brought me back from the edge include ONLY FOOLS AND HORSES a classic british sitcom youtube it my american buddies the greatest ever british sitcom and ROCKY of all things he kinda reminds me where i am right now moving forward ready to punch the fuck out of the bad shit and reap the good shit rewards.
