I fear that i am being watched at work at that one mistake and i will be out of the door.My job is good but i think its the end of the road for me sooner than later or maybe the doom monster is to blame.
I fear that i let myself down in my relationship to my other half.Do i listen to her enough,do i do things that piss her off,does she love me like i love her ...again the doom monster of self doubt appears!!.
Even my pool game has gone to peices losing 2 out 3 so far this season i actually felt shot on Tuesday,nerves,indesicion another cause of doom monster intervention.

you need a degree to put things together these days and tidyed up and chilled which i have enjoyed i even stayed in bed till 9 30 unheard of for me.
Tommorrow im off on a monster mountain bike ride.
