Where have i been well its bed thats where the awful british weather inflicted a heavy cold on me that made me feel like shit!.
Hopefully i will feel beter to update this coming week but there isn,t much to say about four walls,a bed loadsa snot,tissues,vics vapour and soup.
Feeling a bit better now so should be back in full bash mode by friday so hold onto your hats!
