Well here goes my first real blog:::::
I just came home from Houston, and I have to say, that this was one of the worst spring breaks of my life!
Well most of it anyway.
I drove home to visit family, which was good. About two days later my brother gets out of jail and everyone is fearful about what he will do next. You see, he has bee arrested 4 times and his 19th birthday is next month. Not a good start into adulthood!
The night he gets out, we receive a phone call from a hospital about 40 minutes away. They have my brother there; he can't remember anything, his face is fractured on one side and his jaw is broken on the other. So my mother and I drive out to get him at 4am. Unfortunately the doctors also found marijuana, opiates, barbiturates and lots of alcohol in his system. Because of this and the fact that he didn't have insurance on him, they were kicking him out!
That was the first thing!
He came to stay with us, but left the next day...it's so sad. I wish that i had my brother back.
So that happens, and then the weather starts getting shitty. Rain rain rain for the last 5 days of my stay.
I didn't get any of my class work done!
The week just seemed to fly by, and i slept most of it.
Anyhow, i am happy to be home, where the sun is shining and my flowers are blooming. I love it.
I can't wait until my roomie gets home so that we can go take a ride on our bicycles.
