So I'm moving to DC in a couple of weeks. I'm excited and sad, and more than a little nervous. I was hoping to have more time here, more time to hang out with friends, and more time to get the SGNOLA group back up and running. If I have notice that an SGNOLA throw-down is occurring, I'll do my best to fly into town. I never need much of an excuse to come back to NOLA.

Different job, better opportunity. One way or the other, I was planning on selling my condo on the lake even if I planned on staying in NO. This was an opportunity with a small company that I couldn't turn down. Of course, it doesn't hurt that single women in the DC area significantly outnumber single men, but that wasn't a deciding factor in my decision to move. Not at all....
