I have never actually done a blog before but hey, here goes.
Right now instead of laying in my bed shivering from this unknown illness I should really be studying.
International Marketing Communications and the culture around them and it is riveting stuff (if a sarcasm font existed I would use it)
Not only that but I really should plan for the restaurant I want to open but that can wait.
My main focus right now... Getting a new job, an American themed Diner (it's a big deal for England I assure you) is opening up and i've applied for the chef's job, and to impress i'll be bringing samples of what I can do to the interview, I messaged the owner on face book and told her that I would bring 'Pulled pork slow cooked in Dr Pepper and Chipotle peppers' (and yes it tastes amazing) and she seemed impressed.
Best of all, I ran into her when she was drunk early hours of friday morning and thanks to my suggesstions and what I plan to do for the interview, i'm the the top candidate for the job.
Things are looking up.
