this is me trying my best to be a good friend to my mates and there for them aswel.
this is me wanting to jump off a bridge, and holding my friend back at the same time
this is me being a hypocrite.

this is me off antidepressants for the first time properly in over a year.
this is me realising how two faced people are.
this is me feeling like a shit person and knowing i am probably two faced too.

phyiastrist says he wants to put me on uber meds. i dont think i want them. more potent than prozac?

my life has changed so much and i've lost so much and I've been trying so hard not to miss it.
