these are some of the things i would do if i could alter reality
- Help humankind evolve to where fatal diseases would no longer be fatal... just annoying for a short period like the cold and could eventually be cured with antiseptics
- make it so that when men attempted to rape someone, their sex organs would change and they would have female sex organs. If they got violent their arms and legs would stop working and would stay that way until they stopped being violent (their female sex organs are permanent though)
- All plastic surgery would become permanent. Breast implants would become real, Sex Changes would be permanent and real and functioning. etc
- I would resurrect painters and requisition paintings for my personal collection.
- in nations where there was not food ... there would be more food that people could do with and people would become healthy enough to eat it.
these are some things ... there are more... i just have to think of them
