how do i make the change from platonic friends to possibly dating?

and i don't want to hear something cliche like "just tell her how you feel" or crap like that. cause if that worked, i wouldn't need to be asking how to do it.

Smart man. well, I have no idea who you are or who she is or anything, but girls tend to like gestures more than words some times (or in addition to words..?). If you want to date her, take her on a date. Don't get stressed by it and if she says that she doesn't want to date, then all you have to do is be like, whatever, it's fun to go out to a restaurant... or whatever.

hope it works out. i'm personally of the opinion that dating people you don't know sucks and that people should only date friends because then you know who they are and what you're getting into.
