So thanks to a friendly user for reminding me that I still have some existence here on suicide girls, limited though it may be. I've decided to at least put another post up with a small update on things and a new breath into the profile to show some life going here.
Managed to get myself down to 186 pounds and counting sense getting back into the gym. Another 10 pounds or so and I should be at my goal and turn around point to start putting some muscle back on these bones.
Aside from that things go well and busy, send a message to any whom wish to talk or remind me of my existence from time to time.
