I have my motorcycle.



i like the idea of riding from the Great White North to the the Great White South. Alaska to Argentina. If it takes 6 months to ride and i Ieft this summer. I could avoid winter for a whole year. Chase the Summer south. It is cold here and I am tired of the cold.

you and i and the space between us

we were once so close
i could not tell
where you began and i ended
we lay head to toe
yin to yang
forming a perfect circle
with no point of beginning
no point of ending

then there was a rending
a tear
you became you
i became i
there became the space between us

the space between us was the world
bright silver luminous lines
crisscrossed
the space between us
from my tongue to your belly
from your forehead to my heart
from my hip to the crown of your head
10,000 x 10,0000 x 10,000 strands of light
traversed the space between us

the space was small then
because the world was still small
i could reach out
touch you
flesh to flesh
the space between us was that small

then there was a light
in th space between us
like a far away star
only very close

then there was a word
what word
i can't remember
the word caused the light to ignite

then a force like
10,000 x 10,000 x 10,000 super novas
blew us apart
the space between us filled with
10,000 x 10,000 x 10,0000 worlds

now i can't see you
but when the sun is shining
if i move my head
like this
and like that

i can just make out the lines
that bind you and i
across the space between us
like the silken threads
of
a
spider's
web
