Just want to keep the world of SG updated on my tattoo progress, not sure why, but I feel like I should. Anyways, here's my chest piece as of 6/29/10. Needs to be filled. Which will start probably in August or September when money is better.
As for back story, in 2006 my cousin was killed in a drunk driving accident in Nanaimo, BC. She was 16 years old. The tattoo has her name, birthday and the day she died. As well as the beginning of a quote from Macbeth "Out Out Brief Candle". The tattoo serves, for me anyways, as a reminder that life is short, and in an instant you can lose everything.
I definitely figured it beat getting "Carpe Diem" tattooed on my back...
