So A's 6th birthday is in June and we (I) decided to make her an ice cream cake. Then I was reading in a group about blue velvet cake... and well blue is her favorite color... and I needed to test out the recipe before hand and this seemed like the perfect night....

I however am not adding the ice cream to it right now and am out of cream cheese for the frosting so that part will have to wait until tomorrow... so so sad
