So I get a letter from my case worker this week letting me know there is going to be a hearing to decide if my ex has a legit reason to pay less child support.
With it he sends a copy of what Kyle submitted as reason to pay less: The information is incorrect. It does not show that I am supporting my family of 3 one of which is now pregnant.
Okay so the original paperwork shows he is paying something like $760 in child support on his daughters because I can only assume they thought they'd get off cheaper on child support with Caiden if it showed he was still paying for his daughters. He and his wife have been living together for at least 2 months and now they are supposedly having another child. For his inability to realize he should wrap it up if he can't support another child my son should suffer? It's not bad enough that he's never even met him and it took the state taking the money out of his check to even get support he now thinks $400 is to much and he should get off easier for purposely knocking someone up and then deciding he was still in love with someone else! UGH! I'm frustrated with stupid guys....
It'd be nice to find a less stupid one....
