Went to see Velvet Revolver last night at 9:30 club. It was an amazing show. In case you don't know Velvet Revolver is Scott Weiland, Slash, Duff McKagan, Matt Sorum and Dave Kushner.
In addition to their new material they performed two Stone Temple Pilots songs: Crackerman and Sex Type Thing along with three Guns n' Roses songs: It's So Easy, Used to Love Her and Mr. Brownstone.
Tonight I'm going to see Doug Stanhope at the Baltimore Improv.
Good stuff.
