cicadas? i've never heard of them.. what are they? i used to live in leesburg... did i already say that? lol.. well i used to live there and work in hagerstown so i took that rt15 drive everyday... its a pretty drive, till you get stuck behind some slow poke and there aren't many places to pass on that rd.. oh well
