Hello friends. Excellent day today. I seem to have unlimited energy. Had an entertaining day at work (you sir are naughty). Jack and I had lunch at our favorite place with our favorite bartender tending to us. Fucking-A she is hot. She gives Jack and I free drinks 
We didn't have any alcoholic refreshments today however. Hot-bartender does not like it when we don't drink.
Arrived home from work and went on about a three mile run. I haven't done that in a while but running is something I've always been able to do, no matter what physical condition I'm in. I got stamina baby. Then did some other excise type stuff and had a healthy dinner so I'm all proud of myself. Ha!
The only thing I did wrong today...errr well one of the things I did wrong today was not ride my bike to work. It was beautiful out. I don't know WTF I was thinking. Oh yeah I do....my car is a fucking blast to drive and I speed around in it like a jerk. My next speeding ticket is any day now
Tomorrow I'm going on a 'ride to eat' in MD with some BMW biker buddies. Fun!
