Sometimes, a day is just destined to be kinda shitty and funky.
I woke up an hour past when I was supposed to be at work today, called in sick, and went back to bed. When I finally woke up again, I was running late for the second job. I ended up just calling the whole night off about midway through the shift and going to see the Grudge 2 with my latest romantic pursuit. The night didn't go the greatest either. Meh.
I suppose that I should mention that before going back to bed (I wasn't feeling the greatest), I went to check the email. Mollie had sent me a message. I've been mentally fucked up about this all day now. For those who read and aren't aware, Mollie is a girl that I fell harder for than anyone previously or currently. We dated for awhile and even discussed marriage. Hell, I even half-jokingly gave her a ring. Granted, it was a 25 cent one from a toy machine, but still.... Anyway. She also holds the title for worst break-up in my history. Everything was so fucked up about everything when that happened. .. and I don't think I've been more heartbroken in my life.
Well, I had just recently gotten over all of that on the grander scale and been okay with dating again. And now she contacts me and is really pleasant and well.. damn it.
I really just hate these stupid curveballs that life tends to throw out.
