Last night was full of up's and down's... Once I got to the show, I got a phone call to come in for an interview... good thing for Drew, but the bad part was that it was at 9am this morning. DDC didn't end up headlining because of some stupid last minute change, and the all ages section was limited to the top. It was pretty lame.
Afterwards was fun though, went back to Reed's to party and had a good, drunken blast.. Again, there were definite down's to the party, and probably a dirty little secret or two.
I suppose the thing that sticks out the most is the fact that at the party, I kinda was into this one girl... and despite spending most of my time with her through the night, and putting my full "mack" on.... she still went off with some other guy at the end of the night. It's not a big deal, but it's definitely kinda painful to go through that so often. I dunno, emo side coming out, gonna put it back away and just stick with the good memories of the party.
Other than that stuff, I didn't get to sleep due to the interview, and while I had no sleep... I made it to the interview on time, and felt good about it. A couple hours ago, I got a call saying that they were "offering me a position on their team." Orientation's Tuesday... Yay for employment!
Quick side note though... I feel like I've been doing a lot of self-medicating lately. I don't like it, but I also don't really wanna stop either. I dunno, I'm really torn on it all. I'm definitely gonna try to slow down a bit. So far, I've been decently safe about it all.... Anywho, I'm gonna get going, enough blogging for the Drew today.
