Well I wish I could say things are starting to look up. But they are not. Yesterday I checked my mail on Myspace and received this:

If you persist with this court thing, the following events will occur. I will take whatever test they are wanting, sure. If on the slight chance this kid is mine, I will sue for full custody with no visitation and then move the child out of state to where the rest of my family is located. Think I can't achieve this? Here is a sampling of what I have on you:
1. Naked pictures of you from photoshoots
2. A copy of the porn you did (she never told you I got one?)
3. Prelim statements from Karis, Jody, Elvis, Oz, and others about your character. This also goes toward showing excessive promiscuity.
If you think you can just pass that off as being in the past and having no bearing on today, then I bring in Ripper. Yeah, from like a month ago. Benjamin is a friend of mine.
Followed by Maggie (the bartender at the Masque, she has apologized and said she will testify as to your alcoholism and other things)
These things, coupled with your DFCS file, which I have seen (oh wow), will result in you being declared unfit. Now, if by a slim chance the child is mine, then he goes away out of state, if he's not, then he goes into foster care. Then you spend years trying to get him back. Either way, you lose your child.
It's your choice, press on with this and all of the above goes into play. Think I'm exaggerating, give Elvis or Karis a call. See what their advice is. If you love your child and want to keep him, then I'd drop the claim. If not, then I guess I'll go do the court thing. I'm being fair. I'm giving you a chance to avoid all this.
Pretty charming huh? What he doesn't know is i know he is full of shit. For these reasons:
1. There is no "she" who has a porno of me...
2. He can't take Jareth out of state...it's illegal
3. I called Karis and he said Brent tried to get him involved and he said no
4. I called Elvis and he said that Brent approached him about photos of me and he said he no longer has them and even if he did he wouldn't give them to him.
5. Mel called Maggie and Maggie had no idea what he was talking about. And also is making sure he is banned from the Masquerade for even trying to involve her
6. DFCS records are private. He can't get any look at them
7. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs
8. I am a full time student making a life for myself and my son
9. Custody cases usually side with the mom unless I can prove otherwise
10. These people he "prelim" haven't talked to me in about 4 years
11. I'm in a serious stable relationship
12. He throws fucking fetish parties and goes to them!

The mom is a alcoholic, drug doing whore. The judge told him that unless he can prove she's drinking with/in front of the child, doing drugs in front of the child, or beating/molesting the child, there's nothing that proves she's a bad mother.
Hang in there hon, I know this sucks, but I hope things work out!
