So the big boss called on sunday to say we needed to switch my pay ( I made $250 a day ) to by the log. I said ok and we figured $2.15 per log. I think the crew boss complained that I wasnt worth $250 a day so I had to have a change. So this is how the last three days went

Mon.-156 logs= $333.40 6 hrs.
Tue.-120 logs=$258.00 4 1/2 hrs.
Wed.-139 logs=$298.85 6 1/2 hrs.

So I wonder if he feels like we are fair now. I will make him wish he would have never changed my pay but I am glad he did I always like to get paid for what I get done anyway Im just fucking crazy that way.
