My dear. I sleep drove night before last. And I ate 20$ worth of Arby’s. This whole ptsd/nightmares, insomnia thing. It’s getting way to old. I don’t remember going to Arby’s. I vaguely recall eating way too much food. I just know that I ate it all. And the sleep driving is scary. The sleep eating is common. But I thought I had these in check.
