What a day. I finally made it home. We worked 10 1/2 hours today. We got through this impossable day. It was a little ruff at first but we made it all happen. Even without the help of our missing Exec. Chef. We hope he will be back to work in the morning. We don't know yet because he has not called us sence thursday morning. We have a little of business tomorrow but nothing compared to today (maybe 2/3's less compared to today). Not much else going on right now. All I seem to do is just work work work.
