Well I made it through this week. Today was not so bad a little slower than I would have liked. So the day went by slow. The exec chef should be back wed or thurs so thing should get better. Although next sat is going to be fun. We have 5 private partys and over 70 people for afternoon tea.
With only 3 of us in the kitchen it's going to be hard. It will probaly take all week just to prepare for it. Well I am looking forward to my 2 days off. I hope to go to the new IKEA store that just opened close to here.
