Oh man today was busy today. It never fails when the exec. chef is not there things just seem to run better. We were full from the time we opened untill just after lunch. I guess that just shows how much more organized I am than him. I guess thats why i'm a pastry chef. I have more patience than most people, and an attention to detail. Just check out my picts page for some examples. Well I have two more days on my own then things should be back to normal. At least as normal as they can be.
