Well it was another day in HELL. And it's not going to get better anytime soon. The executive chef had a death in the family so now he has to go out of town. That means that I will be the only one in the kitchen that knows what they are doing. I have to do all of my pastry chef stuff, run the line at lunch, all the prep, and everything for tea partys. So it looks like I will be working 10+ hour days for a while. Hope I can hold up. These old bones just can't take so much anymore. Other than that all is ok.
