Well today was a good day.

We were busy in the kitchen but all went well. I still have a lot to do before the weekend but I should be caught up by tomorrow afternoon. Here are a couple of desserts I made today.

These are White Chocolate Lemon Curd Tarts.

Most of what I have left are small things so that should not take long.

This afternoon I visited my friend in the hospital again only this time I had my camera. So here are a couple of pictures of the baby.


This is my friend Kasie and her daughter Kayla Mackenzie. This is my favorite one of them. I added the information on the bottom and I have to give her a copy as soon as I see her again.


This is me and Kayla Mackenzie. I want one of my own someday.
