I am so F-ing tired of my job right now. They have been remodeling our store for the last 2 months. When things are finished we will be a Kosher bakery. I have nothing against Jewish people but the rules for Kosher cooking can be such a pain in the ass. We will no longer be able to add cheese to any of our breads and bagels. This will definietly piss off a lot of people. There are so many things we will no longer be able to offer that our customers have grown used to. We have gone from one big bakery to two small ones. They are cramped and we have doubled our employees and still have to hire more people. We are running around $18,000 a week right now and they are predicting that we will be doing between $35,000 to $40,000 a week. Most of this will be made from scratch. I am working 10 to 12 hours a day and they expect me to cut my overtime by the end of the week. I have 32 hours so far this week and still have 2 days to work.The stress level at work just keeps getting higher. I'm tired all the time and seem to be very cranky. I hate the way I feel right now. I wish I could get to the gym more now. I have missed 4 training sessions in the last month because of work.

Well I think I have vented enough for now. Its bed time. I ve to get up at 3am and do it all again.
