Well I made another major change in my life. I joined a new gym. Only this time I am paying extra for a personal trainer. I know I can't do this alone. At least I will have more structure and direction. I have gained 20 lbs in this last year and I don't want to add anymore. They determined I have 30.2% body fat. I want to get that down to at least 15% by the end of the year and down to 170 lbs by this time next year. I know if I don't do this now I will never see 50 years old.
