Well I guess its time for another update. I still don't have a job, but its getting closer. At worst I will go back to Tom Thumb, if only to get some money in the bank. I have a line on a couple of jobs, but they will take me away from here. The first one is as a pastry chef at a resort in Branson, MO. It will be a lot of work, but I can be real creative there. The other is a postion at a lodge on the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Both have breath taking scenery. I will be happy with either one. It will take me away from my family and friends, but I think I need to get away from Dallas for a while. I have been here for over 30 years and I am ready for a change. The main draw back is I will not be around to help my parents when they need it.

I will try to catch up with everyones lives soon. It has been a crazy couple of weeks. This job search has been hard on me. Last week was the worst. At the end of the week I was in a deep depression. But things are starting to look up and I am feeling much better.
