Well today SUCKED big time. Our new hostess seems to screw everything up. We either don't get the information on private partys or she forgets to write things down. We count on the information to plan for the week on how much is need to be produced. Scrambling for things at the last moment makes for a very stressful day. Mistakes on tea reservations are the worst. I have to make 4 different sandwiches, 4 different desserts, 3 different spreads, scones, and teabread for each person. With this weeks weather I am behind in my production as it is and all these little things keep putting me further behind. Tomorrow I have to prep for almost 100 people. So thats 400 sandwiches, 400 desserts, 100 scones, 18 loaves of teabread, 6 pounds of strawberry jam, 2 quarts of lemon curd, and 2 quarts clotted cream. And I have 4 hours to do all this. By the end of tomorrow my head will most likely . And Sunday doesn't look much better. Wish me luck.


Ok now that thats all done I need to finish my so that I have something to wear to work tomorrow.
