Its been a crazy week at work so far. I make bread every wed at it lasts for about 3 days. So far this week I have made bread yesterday, today, and I have to make more in the morning. We have gone through 46 loaves in 2 days. Guess I hit the magic flavor. The new favorite seems to be Apricot White Chocolate. The ladies have been buying it all up. If this keeps going I will set a record for bread for the week. It will probably be around 120 loaves.
I am just going to throw this out. I am going to go see HP4 next week. If anybody is intrested in going it would be nice not to see it alone for a change. I am off mon - thurs next week.

I have a great idea for a cake- wanna hear it????
I'm not sure if this would be called a cake or what actually... but I figured you were the man to ask.
Okay- basically it's a round cake shape but instead of cake it's Soft pretzel with the pretzel salt and all .. and the center is filled with Chedder cheese. I call it pretzel and cheese cake.
Am I the only person who would eat this??
I think this rocks -since soft pretzels with chedder cheese are my fave... or perhaps this is the grossest, nuttiest idea ever
