Ok just a quick update for now. Its been a so so week so far. The kid at work finally got fired today. It was about time. We were tired of him being an hour or more late almost every day. You just can't run a kitchen when someone is late every day. So now we have to step it up for a while until we find someone else.

This is my thumb as of today.

Its looking much better now. It is a little sore in spots but atleast I can work without a metal guard on it anymore.

Well its getting late and I have to be at work early this morning.
