Well it has now been 4 months sence I changed my life and started going to the gym. I never liked to go before, but now I feel bad if I don't go at least 3 times a week. So lets look at the numbers

I wish I could just run-away and start my life all over.

Well its been 3 months sence I joined the gym. I have now lost 11 pounds and 21 1/2 inched total. I have a ways to go, but I feel so much better sence I joined.

Hope to see a bunch of you guys at my b-day party next month.

It has now been 2 months sence I joined the gym. I have lost 5 pounds so far. I could have lost more but I eat so much junk. I have lost 1.8% body fat so far and a total of 16 inches over all. Just a quick update sence I just got home from work and have to be back at 3 am.

So after a month at the gym I have lost 1.2% of my body fat and 9 inches all over.
