The weird one will be doing 10pm to 10am- sleep will be very strange, then having a few days off and doing 5am to 5pm. It'll be like jet lag every few weeks!

hey everyone, i am very bored tonight. although i did get a new macbook, which really rocks. tomorrow im in a pastry competition at the fci(french culinry institute) so im hoping i do well. i know theres at least one other chef thats competing thats really hardcore, he won it last year. so wish me luck.
