My first of two baby showers is today, I'm hesitantly excited. I don't receive gifts well... I never know what to say, and whether to err on the side of gushing or being reserved.
Anyway, yeah, the most exciting part of yesterday was when Ed repaired the phone jack that he had broken. It's a long story. And I got my eyebrows done. Wooohooo.

By the way, good luck with the baby showers. I understand about the gift thing. It's hard to show your appreciation without feeling overly fake. I often times save my gushing for the post gift Thank You cards.
i should go on vacation to a place in which the weather is more stable than it has been here lately. none of this hot, cold, hot, cold stuff.
