Thanks to all who sent me some birthday love here, I was pleasantly surprised. And to cherryBOMB for adoring leopard print.
Atlantic City was fun. I'm a conservative gambler, and last night was no exception-- I stuck to the slots and video poker, spending a total of fifteen dollars. With my last three quarters, I made thirty-eight dollars, so I was pleased. Ed came away about 40 dollars short, so together, we lost three dollars, LOL. We divided our time between Showboat and the Taj, both of which were quite lovely, though Showboat's casino floor was sort of lame and cheesy.
Everyone has been accusing me of being grumpy today, which I guess means I am. I don't feel particularly grumpy, just achy, hot, and tired. I was supposed to go to an indy wrestling show on Saturday night in Philly, 3PW, I've been wanting to see them since November, but Ed just told me he's going home to Long Island for the weekend so it looks like I'm stuck doing nothing except waiting around for him to call from the train station on Sunday.
