Now that that's outta my system...I'm calling the mom later to get a progress report on my niece. (No, I'm not calling at 3 AM, I can be a considerate daughter on occasion). I hope she's okay. Mom assured me Friday that she'd be fine, but I can't help but worry...that's what aunts are supposed to do, right? Spoil and worry?

My niece was released from the hospital yesterday afternoon, and Mom said that after a day or so of clinginess and hissy fits, she's getting back to her normal self. I was really happy to hear that. A sincere thank you to everyone who sent well-wishes, and to you all.
