Another week of booz'it up, altered states. I am glad at this stage in my life I can still do this. Thank god for SG.....!!!!!

So yesterday was beautifull. I decided that I was going to smoke a brisket. I broke out the old r2d2 unit, thats what I call my smoker. Spent all day outside, 6 hours @ 200 degrees. Slow and low. Just me, my ipod, minimal alcohol, and a smoker.
