So, I may have a problem on my hands. I live in a two family flat. The guy that lives on the first floor I think may be crazy, and not in a good way. A few nights ago I couldnt go to sleep because I kept hearing Banging nosies. I thought maybe he was moving something or workingout, and it went on all night and the next night and the next. Last night when i heard it i went outside to have a smoke and try to figure out what he was doing. While standing on the front steps i could see everything in his apartment because he had all the blinds opened and all his light on. Im not one to be looking in someone's home but i had to find out. I couldnt belive what I was seeing. He was walking from his front door to his back door and back again over and over again while talking to himself. He did this for 12 hours. Then today I come home from work and hes doing it again. I went out front to smoke and came out to " talk to me" it was weird, he didnt make much scence. He was talking about learning to slow himself down. I was asking him questions to try to find out what was wrong with him. I asked him if he wanted a beer and he said he doesnt drink or do drugs. I asked him how his job was and he said hes not working there anymore and the job he has now is not what people think is a job. I asked him if he smoked and he said no. Then I said I was thinking of quiting smoking but it would be hard, then he says "It wont be long now". I asked what he ment be that and he didnt say anything, so i asked him again and he said "oh nothing". I then went inside because it felt like I should. I dont know what to do about this. Its freaking me out. HELP
