Im going to vent about my job for a bit. I work for a non profit but its still all about the money sometimes. The up aboves keep given themselves raises and new titles while they keep given us more work. On top of that they dont stand up for any of us when we need them. thats fine for me because i dont let anyone walk on me at this place. I know what my job is and how to do it, but i have a friend who works on another site that i have nothing to do with and is haven a hard time. I feel bad because i know what i would do but she just hasnt paid her dues yet and she kind of new and getting push around hardcore. I just dont know how to fix this.
