On the road of life I'm officially the little kid in the back seat asking "are we there yet?" Got to do one of those great hand out candy and soccerball kinda missions today. It never seems like enough though and was kind of depressing for me . A bunch of "Meester, meester gimmie football! Meester, meester gimmie glasses." And so on. Aparently anything tied to a soldier is automaticly gold to a kid. Doesn't matter what it is. Compass, pocketknife, a special tool for a machine gun. A ratty old wristwatch. All they know is that you got something that gives you the power, and they have nothing.
*And as I write this the building shakes from another explosion. Because people are too dumb to stop squabling over nothing so that they could all share in building something worth having. "To destroy is easy. It is in building that we demonstrate true power"

You are the dividing line between the peaceful and the warlike. You keep those people safe, and if no one else could ever understand when you ask why, you can know that other soldiers do.
