Time to wrap up the year so here are my various Top Ten (sometimes fifteen or five) favourites in music for 2009.

It wasn't a spectacular year but alot of artists released "challenging" music (yeah I'm talking to you Oneida and Dirty Projectors) while others released pure pop-rock gems (I bow down to the pop-rock altar of Brendan Benson).
