Apparently Seth Green (of Austin Powers fame) is now considered by some to be some kind of sex-symbol.

I have nothing against this per se but I am intrigued by his new status.

So please anyone, explain.

That was the funniest shit I've read in ages! I was laughing so hard, everyone in my apartment came over to find out what I was freaking out about. I want that guy's job.

Oh, and Seth Green, while funny as hell, isn't what I'd call a sex symbol. I would probably do him, however, only because he has freckles. Freckles are like the kryptonite to my chastity belt. If I wore a chastity belt, that is.

Well, a few weeks ago I posted about some of the perks I have working where I do. One of them was the ability to have a bodyguard at my disposal, 24 hours a day.

It seems that I might need those services.

A client of mine who was making veiled threats from the cozy confines of his prison cell was released last Friday. He's...

Have you ever paid someone for sex?

How could you even think about exposing yourself to Dengue Fever without the care and attention of a nurse?

Conversations with my secretary

Secretary (sitting down in my office): I've had it with men
Me: What's wrong now?
Sec: I just found out that the guy I was dating is gay.
Me: That young guy you were seeing?
Sec: Yes, the 26 year old.
Me: Well, at least you had fun while it lasted. Alot of 55 year old women would love to brag...

A) Odd conversation for an odd day.

B) I actually bet you do like knowing.

C) I had a splendid day.

valcapone:
That's true. Dick Cheney also apparently mistakes humans for birds, which is almost scarier.

You have a secretary who's older than you are who gets ass-fucked?! DAMN!!

It will either be profoundly amazing or profoundly disappointing. Either way, unmissable.

I feel some sort of atonement is in order so here goes.

I offer sincere apologies to la Ville Reine for years of snickers and snide remarks at the very mention of you and your inhabitants.

You welcomed me with open arms, grinned ever so slyly and plied me with your wonderful wares. I could not ask for more.

Thanks for the wonderful journey(ahem) and...

Wow. Have you considered joining the tourist board? They've been having trouble articulating the city's value proposition.
valcapone:
Quasi-subliminal? No way. Here is some non-subliminal advertising: DRINK MORE MOCHA!

Just kidding; I actually don't give a fuck if anyone ever comes into Starbucks. And, in fact, I'd rather prefer that they didn't. It'd be nicer if they bought from non-chain, local places with personality.

She put her mouth around a difficult question: Sushi? Aren't you one of those anti-sea types?
valcapone:
Yeah, but I asked for stories in that particular entry, and you didn't give me one, hence my comment. It's nice to know that you're actually reading my entries. tongue

Can anyone explain why I'm hearing the Champ Cars race?? Kaffeine, we sort of live in the same neighborhood, are you hearing this also??

Anyway, after convincing myself that I was broke, I went and did the logical thing: spent a shit load of money on CDs.

I have just found out (okay, some I had forgotten about) some amazing (hidden) perks that go with my job.

1- I get a special rate for train and bus travel even if it's not business related.

2- I have a lawyer on retainer (emergency cell phone number and all).

3- I can get prescribed anything I want or fast tracked to any medical treatment/referral...

Are you suggesting that I am fibbing about Fugdsicles?
valcapone:
That is probably true. But that makes it even weirder that he would do something like pay my phone bill for me. Or waste his time with me at all when he could just hire a prostitute. Then again, I guess I'm cheaper than a hooker, if you want to look at it that way... obviously I should be demanding more expensive dinners.
