So that was Christmas - festive spirit somewhat banjax'd by events in Asia. My slacking-off-cos-nothing-happens-so-I'll-rake-in-the-cash shifts turned in to all-hands-on-deck-global-disaster work-a-thon (12 hours at a time) and it was grim. However, I have learnt that if you see a tidal wave heading towards you it's better to get to high ground then video it, rather than vice versa.

Ahh, Pearl Jam's best of, that expalins HMV's soundtrack today. Know what you mean about the years riolling by, I'm still chuffed at managing to get a couple of presents that people liked last year and now I've got to do it all again.
Christmas is coming - you can this by the ever-so festive Incredibles lights on Regent Street and what looks like they will be Harry Potter lights on Oxford St. There was a fantastically odd woman on the news yesterday explaining that angels and snowmen had been done to death at Christmas - I kinda think that's the point, ffs!
