Back from my holidays - refreshed and relaxed and raring to get back to work. not. As I was in Ireland the Pope's death was of course highly poigniant . I remember well someone looked up from their pint of Guniness and someone saying 'oh, I see the Pope's died then' and the outpouring - well, slight mumuring - of grief before everyone got back to the booze and pool.

On the downside, I carefully worked out my rota to avoid being in the office on April 8th because of the fricking wedding, and now they've moved the bloody thing!!! At the mo' I'm not working on Saturday but I am looking at my phone omninously...
