The sun is still shining - just about. Dug out the shorts for the first time this year yesterday as I pottered about the woods. It's days like that which make me happy I don't have a 9-5 job.
Something of a nostalgia kick at the mo' - I have just finished reading Wonderous Place by Paul Du Noyer. It's a potted history of Liverpool from the late 50s to now. Over the weekend I dug out the Shack, Teardrop Explodes, Echo & The Bunnymen and Frankie Goes To Hollywood and enjoyed it all muchly.
Also saw Kill Bill 2; I appear to be in a minority but I loved it - but I'm a sucker for that sort of thing.
Working right thru' the Bank Holiday weekend though, so anyone out and about cavorting have a pint for me.

Shorts?! eeek! Do they have a label on that says 'keep away from Goths'? Wish I had the legs for it really.
