Three nights on the pop have caught up with me, and while I wouldn't have it any other way it is definitely time for a night-in, long soak in bath, comfort food (probably bangers and mash with lots of marmite gravy) and a good film. or a bad film, depending on what takes my fancy... ( Its the advantage of having a house that resembles a small branch of HMV!).

Been back to work for the time in ages and you can tell its Easter - other than Iraq (don't get me started - ignoring the initial war itself, the Americans have fucked it all up royally - why use a toffee hammer when you've got a ginormous mallet at your disposal?) the World is a quite place - and hopefully doing a bit of soul-searching.

Today's musings bought to with a little bit of Snow Patrol and a lot of Norah Jones.

p.s. nuff respect innit to the SGUK massive; top lads and ladys everyone.

p.p.s. Shaun Of The Dead - It's good, but not great. I must stop reading film hype because my expectations go all googly.

Hi there. Yea, I'm a top bloke. You're free to see that. Why does the media cover shit stories that real people don't care about (the beckhams and other trash) when the world is falling apart through peasantry, disease and war. Surely this is more important. As a writer, can you give me a reasonable explanation?

I've not seen Shaun Of The Dead yet. I'd like to but it's getting bad publicity. My missus and I saw Starsky and Hutch yesterday (not by choice. The movie we were gonna see wasn't playing as listed on website, so save waiting an hour for it, we saw summat else, ala S&H) and that was pretty bad. Snoop Dogg was funny, but that's the only redeeming feature I can name.

It wasn't mean't to offend, I'm sorry frown

It was a real tea we went to though, but we couldn't quit laughing at how ridiculous we looked in those hats.
